Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Bubastis. By starting a free trial or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Bubastis brings your bookings, rates and availability from platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda and MakeMyTrip into one calendar and keeps them in sync. Each platform controls how fast it accepts changes, so a sync can sometimes be delayed or fail on the platform's side. Please check your platforms if something looks wrong, and tell us.

Free trial

The first 100 homeowners get a 14-day free trial. No credit card is needed. Your trial starts when your first platform is connected.

Pricing and billing

• Bubastis costs ₹499 per listing per month. There is no limit on listings. You pay ₹499 for each one.
• Founding customers keep this rate for 24 months.
• Taxes such as GST are added where they apply.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Email hello@bubastis.ai. You can export all your data at any time, including after you give notice.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your login details safe.
• Only connect listings and platform accounts you are allowed to manage.
• Follow the rules of each booking platform you connect.

Your data

Your listing and booking data belongs to you. We use it only to run the service, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

We work hard to keep Bubastis running and accurate, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the issue.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
